Where do you ship?
We ship right across India.
How long will my order take?
As soon as your order ships, we email and SMS you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way. Delivery time depends on your location — you can check the latest status any time on our Track Order page.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over ₹999 ship free. For smaller orders, a small shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

What payment methods can I use?
UPI, credit & debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our checkout is SSL-encrypted and we never store your card details.
Returns & replacements
My order arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
We'll make it right. Contact us promptly (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
Because we sell children's products, we currently replace only items that arrive damaged or incorrect — we don't offer change-of-mind returns.

Yes. We choose non-toxic, child-safe materials, and every item is inspected before it ships.
